PROGRAM:
Day 1: Aljezur | Zambujeira do Mar | Odeceixe
Morning: Departure from the origin locations. Start the tour in Aljezur. Visit the village and Aljezur Castle, an octagonal-shaped castle offering stunning views of the Serra de Espinhaço de Cão and the Atlantic coast. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Continue with visits to the beaches of Zambujeira do Mar and Odeceixe, known for their coastal landscapes and the harmony between the sea and nature. Free time to walk along the shoreline or admire the natural scenery.
Evening: Dinner and accommodation.
Day 2: Vila do Bispo | Cabo de São Vicente | Sagres
Morning: Tour of Vila do Bispo, with its white houses cascading down a hill crowned by the church tower. Continue to Sagres, with a guided visit to the Fortress of Sagres. Stop at Cabo de São Vicente, the southwesternmost point of mainland Europe. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Return with stops at Salema beach, a former fishing village, and Burgau, known for its rustic charm. In Lagos, enjoy a magnificent boat trip to explore the caves of Ponta da Piedade, to appreciate the rock formations and crystal-clear waters.
Evening: Dinner and accommodation.
Day 3: Lagos | Alvor | Algar Seco | Carvoeiro
Morning: Panoramic tour of Lagos and a walking tour of the historic center. Depart for Alvor, with a panoramic visit to the village, beaches, and marinas, and a stroll through the Alvor estuary.
Afternoon: Continue to Carvoeiro for a walk along the coast. Visit Algar Seco, with its rocks sculpted by wind and sea.
Evening: Dinner and accommodation.
Day 4: Silves | Monchique
Morning: Visit the medieval town of Silves, with a guided tour of Silves Castle, the City Gates, and the Cathedral, led by a local expert.
