Mafra, our territory

Culturália was founded in Mafra. It is here that we develop many of our projects. It is also the territory where we create programmes for travellers, groups, and organisations seeking to discover Mafra in a different way.

Our territory

Located 30 minutes from Lisbon, Mafra stretches from the rural interior to the Atlantic coast of Ericeira. Hills, valleys, beaches, cliffs and forested areas shape a diverse territory where nature and heritage coexist in harmony.
