Sagres, where culture and nature come together in a fascinating spectacle. A landmark for navigators and explorers, it serves as a window to the past, marked by ancient monuments and legends from the Age of Discoveries. Explore the Promontório de Sagres over two days, immerse yourself in its stories, cultural wealth, and natural beauty, and enjoy an unparalleled experience between history and breathtaking landscapes. This 2-day itinerary also offers a stunning tour of the Costa Vicentina and the far southwest of Portugal, blending nature, history, and culture.

PROGRAM:

Day 1: Aljezur | Zambujeira do Mar | Odeceixe

Morning: Departure from the cities of origin towards Aljezur. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit to Aljezur, located on the border between the Algarve and Southwest Alentejo, to explore the village and its octagonal castle, which offers views of the Serra de Espinhaço de Cão and the Atlantic coastline. Continue with a visit to two of the 7 Wonders of Portugal’s Beaches: Zambujeira do Mar and Odeceixe. Free time to enjoy the beach, with a walk along the shoreline or through the surrounding nature, viewpoints, and historical heritage.

Evening: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Vila do Bispo | Cabo de São Vicente | Sagres

Morning: Departure for Sagres, a symbol of the Portuguese Discoveries. On the way, stop at Vila do Bispo, with its charming whitewashed houses cascading down a hill crowned by the church tower. Arrive at Ponta de Sagres for a guided tour of the fortress, walls, and ramparts. Continue to Cabo de São Vicente. Visit the Forte do Beliche and take time to admire the local rich fauna and flora. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Return to the cities of origin.

Wait for our confirmation email with the program and details for the deposit payment.
Make the deposit payment within 5 days as per the amount specified for each itinerary in order to confirm your booking. If there is no contact or deposit payment, the reservation will be canceled.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.

Deposit Refund

The deposit paid can be fully refunded up to 30 days before departure

.From 30 to 15 days before departure, 50% of the deposit will be retained

.From 14 to 0 days before departure, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

Full Payment Refund

If the full trip has been paid, the cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Up to 30 days before departure – Full refund of the amount paid.

• From 29 to 15 days before departure – 50% of the amount paid will be retained.

• From 14 to 0 days before departure – 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

Your group booking will only be confirmed after the deposit payment for the chosen circuit.
The full payment for the booking and submission of all required information must be completed 30 days before the departure date.

SEATS ON THE BUS:

Seats on the bus are pre-allocated in order of where you get on the bus and how old the signalling is.

RHYTHM: Moderate

To participate in this itinerary, you should:

Feel comfortable with several days of visits and an itinerary that alternates between coach travel and short walks at the visited locations.
Be able to keep up with a group with a moderate walking pace, sometimes on uneven surfaces and with possible stairs.
Be able to follow a medium-paced program, which may involve early departures for several days and returning to the hotel only at the end of the day for dinner and rest.
Feel comfortable following a guide and respecting all instructions given.
Tolerate some temperature changes and unstable weather.
