Dia 1: Tróia | Comporta | Melides
Passeio a pé na aldeia de Santa Susana. Visita do Cais Palafítico da Carrasqueira. Passeio panorâmico na Península de Tróia. Visita da aldeia e praia de Comporta. Passeio a pé na aldeia e praia de Melides.
Dia 2: Lagoa de Santo André | Sines | Vila Nova de Milfontes | Porto Covo
Passeio panorâmico na Lagoa de Santo André. Visita de Sines: núcleo histórico, castelo e zona ribeirinha. Passeio a pé em Vila Nova de Milfontes. Passeio de descoberta de Porto Covo, Ilha do Pessegueiro e Praia da Samoqueira.
Dia 3: Aljezur | Arrifana | Odeceixe
Visita da vila de Aljezur. Subida ao Castelo. Descoberta das maravilhosas praias do Parque Natural Sudoeste Alentejano: Arrifana e Odeceixe. Tempo para caminhar e relaxar no areal.
Dia 4: Monte Ruivo | Bordeira | Carrapateira | Monchique
Dia dedicado à descoberta das maravilhosas praias do Parque Natural Sudoeste Alentejano: Monte Ruivo, Bordeira e Carrapateira. Tempo para caminhar e relaxar no areal. Visita de Monchique, nascente termal e jardins.
Dia 5: Promontório de Sagres
Passeio panorâmico até ao Cabo de Sagres. Visita guiada da Fortaleza de Sagres.

Seats on the bus are pre-allocated in order of where you get on the bus and date of deposit payment.

To take part in this route, you should:
Feel comfortable with several days of visits and an itinerary that alternates bus journeys and short walks in the places visited.
Be able to accompany a group at an average walking pace on sometimes uneven ground and with occasional stairs.
Being able to follow a medium-paced programme, which may involve getting up early on several days and only arriving at the hotel at the end of the day for dinner and a rest.
Feel comfortable accompanying a guide and respect all the instructions given.
Tolerate some temperature changes and unstable weather.
